Richardsons Heating & Cooling is hiring a HVAC Installer, Service Tech & Helper to join our team
HVAC Installer, Service Tech & Helper. In this role you will be performing equipment installation and start-ups on the job site, installing and/or performing service on IAQ (indoor air quality) products, repairing/replacing plumbing fixtures and equipment and troubleshooting electrical issues. You will be working with controls, wiring diagrams, high and low voltage, schematics, sheet metal, hydronics and trade tools.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Basic math skills and reading wiring diagrams
• Ability to work overtime/weekend hours as needed
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate, or learn to operate, all necessary hand, power and metering tools.
• Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods of time, walking, climbing ladders, stand, kneel, crawl, walk and maneuver in attics and tight spaces. The ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Must have the ability to be part of a team; must work with and assist other co-workers as needed
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle driving record check
• Possess a valid driver’s license
